Welcome Bayer Group! Community Storehouse is excited to have you as volunteers. Community Storehouse is a children's based non-profit that operations within Carroll, Keller, Northwest and Argyle ISD assisting low-income children with a wide variety of services including educational and food services.
During your event with us, you may be asked to:
- Work in the Donation Center - Pricing, sorting and organizing donations such as clothing, decorations and household goods. Assisting donors with retrieving donations from their vehicles, and other tasks as needed.
- Nutrition Center - Based on the needs of the Nutrition Center for the upcoming week, you may be asked to assist in breaking down soaps into smaller, more user friendly containers, creating snack packs and organizing food donations.
- Administrative work - Based on the needs of other departments, we may have administrative tasks that need to be performed as well.
Since their are a variety of area's that you may be asked to work in, we ask that all volunteers wear close toed shoes, and wear clothing that is weather appropriate. The warehouse and Nutritional Center are climate controlled, but can be open to the elements.
