Welcome to Christmas House Volunteer Registration! This is one of our most favorite events of the year! Christmas House helps low-income families from Argyle, Carroll, Keller and Northwest IDS’s fulfill their holiday needs by supplying holiday food and toys.
Snowman volunteers will be assisting clients once they have completed their toy shopping. You be handed off a cart full of treasures by clients and you will be responsible for holding that cart for the clients until they arrive out front with their vehicle. You will then assist with loading items in to the car in addition to any extra add on items that might be available for them to take home.
Volunteers will be partially outdoors so please dress for the weather. Volunteers are encouraged to dress festivity, the brighter the better! Volunteers must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and will be standing for most of the shift. Please make sure to wear close toed shoes.
Volunteer parking will be at Woodland Springs Elementary: 12120 Woodland Springs Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76244 and will be picked up and dropped off by Community Storehouse.
